Will you have to damage my door to get me back in?
Not as a first resort. We always try non-destructive entry first, using proper locksmith techniques to open the door without drilling or forcing it, and we'll only recommend a more forceful method if that genuinely isn't possible, explaining why before we do anything.

Can you replace a lock that's snapped or broken?
Yes. Snapped keys and worn or damaged lock barrels are one of the most common calls we get, and we can usually remove the broken lock and fit a replacement on the same visit.
Do you fit and repair locks on uPVC doors and windows?
Yes, uPVC multi-point locking mechanisms and window locks are a regular part of the job. If the handle is stiff, the door won't lock properly, or the mechanism has failed, we can take a look and fit a repair or a replacement.
Can you upgrade my locks to something more secure?
Yes. If you'd like a more secure cylinder or lock fitted, for example after losing a key, moving into a new property, or simply wanting better peace of mind, we can talk you through the options and fit an upgrade.

Stay where you are if it's safe to do so, and call 07900 391238. Tell us your address and what's happened, such as a lost key, a snapped key or a jammed lock, so we know what to bring, and we'll head straight over.
Do you work on van and commercial locks as well as homes?
